It was clean with well-trained and helpful staff at the reception desk. This hotel was set in a central area close enough to many outbound buses terminus and the centre.

Famous place, it was clean and had extremely helpful staff at the reception desk. The deluxe queen room we had was airy. The venue was set in the central position just off Fortune Park JP Celestial and the restaurants and bus stand and walkable distance to race course. Delicious dishes were served at the rooftop restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. The crew was very courteous and they even accommodated our early check-in request and upgraded our room. We were impressed with the overall neat arrangement inside the room.

The only issue we had was that the rooftop restaurant did not serve full dinners, only kababs and snacks. However, the restaurant on the ground floor made up for it with a great spread.

Beautifully appointed place to stay 1 mile away from Kanteerava Indoor Stadium. Helpful and responsive people working here. Beautifully decorated rooms with twin beds and good service. Clean pool, parking on-site. Exceptional stay, and 5 minutes' stroll from the subway.

Personalized service exceeded our expectations at Fortune Park. The front desk staff, especially Mr. Santanu, took great pride in ensuring our comfort and gave us a warm welcome. We were impressed by their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was courteous throughout our stay. This hotel rooms facilities not very good condition, internet is very very poor , not up to 4 star standard.

The staff, and particularly the manager and kitchen staff, welcomed me as if I was a special guest. I had to eat breakfast (cereal) very quickly before work, and the kitchen staff insisted that I took some more food with me: a delicious home baked muffin and fruit.

I had a great experience at the hotel! The location was perfect as it was close to the city center and the railway station. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impressive. The breakfast had a vast variety of options, from local to continental, all healthy and tasty. Moreover, the staff was excellent and provided excellent service.

We were satisfied with the free breakfast and parking! The hotel was located close to public transportation and there were many nearby food options. It was also convenient to have a mini-fridge in the room for our snacks and drinks.

The room was not very clean and there was a strong odor. The staff was unresponsive to our concerns.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say it was a fantastic experience. the location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to the railway station. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Secondly, the rooms were spacious, clean, and well decorated. The attention to detail was impeccable, and I particularly appreciated the option of having twin beds in the room. Lastly, the breakfast spread was varied and delicious, with quality food that exceeded my expectations.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful and there was nothing that I believe could have been improved.
